My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very clean and nice, a good hot breakfast started my day perfectly. The air conditioner unit was full of dust though. The front desk was very helpful with all our needs, making Christmas morning and everything else so nice. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

I couldn't have asked for a more convenient location, with easy access to explore Memphis without being right in the heart of the busy highways. The rooms were nicely decorated and extremely clean, providing a spacious and comfortable stay. Although I had a minor issue with the pull-out sofa not being cleaned from the previous guest, overall, the room was impressive and well-kept.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were good-sized and clean, with fresh linens daily and some personal use amenities. The continental breakfast was great, but the room assigned as a king suite only had 2 chairs instead of the expected sofa bed. The housekeeping service was outstanding, especially around the window and A/C unit.
